This Week’s Prayer
Father, thank You for being totally in control of everything that exists. It is a great comfort and energizing strength to know that the same One, who loves me enough to sacrifice His own son, controls and manages all the details of the created world. I put my trust in You because of Your love, goodness and mercy and also because of Your power knowledge and ability. Jesus, thank You for being the greatest example of enduring through incredible trials. Thank You for Your death, burial and resurrection. Thank You for ascending to heaven and interceding for me there. Holy Spirit, please remind me of God’s providential care for me even when I can’t see anything good in my circumstances.
