This Week’s Prayer
Father, thank You for the simplicity of the gospel. Thank You for the willing sacrifice of Your Son. Holy Spirit, remind us of the work of Jesus on the cross, remind us of His death, His burial and His resurrection. Jesus, thank you for being our Passover lamb, paying the perfect price for our crimes against God's perfect law. Father, thank You for baptism and communion, two symbolic reminders of what Christ has done to provide salvation and a glorious future with You for all eternity.
This Week’s Verse
Galatians 2:20 (ESV)
I have been crucified with Christ. It is no longer I who live, but Christ who lives in me. And the life I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave himself for me.
