Minister of Worship and Evangelism
The First
Baptist Church of Douglas, Wyoming (82633) is a member of the Rocky Mountain
Conservative Baptist Association (RMCBA). We are looking for a Minister of
Worship and Evangelism to lead our church family of about 350 weekly attendees.
This person shall be spiritually gifted in the areas of Leadership
(teambuilding), Evangelism, and Teaching, and have a passion for Christ.
Education:
BA/BS; advanced degree preferred
Experience:
5+ years preferred
Full-Time
Salary $40-50k DOE plus benefit package
Responsible for
the worship ministry of the church, including the following:
•
Coordinating the flow of worship service.
• Worship Team (weekly
rehearsal and Sunday worship services).
• Develop and lead a
thriving worship community.
• Oversight of drama,
audiovisual, and usher ministries.
• Other
duties as assigned.
Responsible for
the evangelism ministry, including the following:
• Develop and
implement a curriculum for community evangelism outreach.
• Training
and equipping laypeople for service.
Relationships
• Accountable
to senior pastor.
• Must be a
team player and work well with staff.
• Must be a
man of exemplary character; 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1.
